My name is Jim Hunziker. I was a combat Marine and I served in Vietnam. I was with the 3rd Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division. I was at Khe Sanh and the surrounding LZs. We did search and destroy missions on multiple operations. In May of '69 I transferred to the Combined Action Program. We coordinated ambushes and patrols with the South Vietnamese ESE soldiers around Phu Bai and Huế in small villages. I saw the horror of combat first hand. Song writers Don Goodman and Steve Dean, my Freedom Sings USA veteran family, and this song helped me with my PTSD. My song and video are in memory of my friend and fellow Marine John Baird who served with 1st Battalion, 9th Marines and was killed in Vietnam.

Veterans can heal through the power of music.
