MARION, IL — The City of Marion, Illinois, is proud to present "Marion Stands with Veterans," a free concert dedicated to honoring local veterans. This special event, organized by Freedom Sings USA, will take place on Saturday, September 7, at Tower Square in Downtown Marion.
The show begins at 6:30 p.m. (Sept. 7) and is open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and a nonperishable food item to support the area food bank.
PERFORMANCES BY NASHVILLE HIT-MAKERS:
Bobby Tomberlin, Billy Whyte, Irene Kelley, Don Goodman & Steve Dean. — PLUS with additional performances by veterans from the Marion area.
"Marion Stands with Veterans" is produced in partnership with the City of Marion, Legal Advocacy Headquarters, Visit SI, and Freedom Sings USA.
